Third Party Solicitations

Please be sure to check the details of the document to verify the sender. If you have received postal mail regarding further fees to complete your trademark, please note that it most likely did not come from Trademarkia or the law firm of Raj Abhyanker P.C. The official federal agency for patent and trademark registration in the U.S. is the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which you can verify on their government website here:
A company by the name of "United States Trademark Registration Office" has been sending postal mail to trademark applicants regarding a solicitation of their services in the amount of $375 USD. In their correspondence they explicitly state in a paragraph headlined with US Code Section 3001(d)(2)(A) the following: " 'THIS IS NOT A BILL. THIS IS A SOLICITATION. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PAY THE AMOUNT STATED ABOVE UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS OFFER.' THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED OR ENDORSED BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY, AND THIS OFFER IS NOT BEING MADE BY AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT."
We recommend conducting further research online regarding this company. The USPTO also warned about solicitations in a warning to the public, seen here:
