Dear Miguel,

If this is for the United States and you select to pay government fees now, the fees that you should be expecting is the attorney fees ($159 for Standard), plus government filing fees to the USPTO for $325 per classification. This means that every other additional class you add, you should expect all fees to double. For example, if you filed for one application with only one class, your total should be $484. If you selected to pay government fees later and only publish your trademark, you will be required to pay an additional $100 to upgrade when you wish to move forward to registration. Once you submit your application, we will forward it to an attorney firm in our network. They will conduct a review prior to submitting the application to the government. The process can generally take 6 to 12 months for the government to determine whether or not you are approved. Please refer to the link provided to get started.
